The apartment is great! Big common spaces and big rooms as well.
It was perfect for a family holiday as they could provide us with a portable cot and in the house there were other baby/infant items ( like high chair ) that make things so much easier.
They have every cookware that you could need
Just the communication with the property team was a lot, quite a lot of long messages and the amount of the deposit for keys is a bit too much in my opinion.
But otherwise they were very helpful!

A lovely apartment. Great value for money and very well-equipped.
Too many long-winded messages about the key bond, the door sensor and the carpark. I stopped reading them, which caused us problems when leaving. A quick message to advise if the door sensor was red or orange would suffice.

The Location ...just an easy 10 min walk to Pacific Fair.
The apartment was also very roomy and clean and tidy.
It was first floor with no lift, didn't really bother us but may be an issue for some
Main issue was the water temperature. It was luke warm at best, so showers were very quick..maybe the ploy !!
Also made washing dishes difficult (I boiled the jug to get hot water)

20 min walk to Broadbeach groceries and restaurants. 20min to Pacific Fair Plaza.10min walk to beach. Apartment 11 had extra thought in place, with ice readily available upon arrival, salt pepper and oil was great for our short stay and place was neat and tidy.
$150 Cleaning fee is steep. I vacuumed in/behind couches and under beds upon arrival. I washed bed linen, on beds (not sheets) and extra stored in WIR. Showers are in need of extra attention. I cleaned all dishes upon departure as requested. Apartment was left in better maintenance than arrival. May l ask what the cleaning fee for??? Surely not just for a linen launder.
