Lokalizacja wyśmienita. Tuż przy wejściu kilka lokali, i kilkanaście następnych już tuż za rogiem. 2 kroki od dworca i 2 kroki od rynku. Duży plus za 2x klimatyzator, bo podcazas naszego pobytu byly upały >35 stopni i mieszkanie było super chłodną enklawą. Samo mieszkanie jest nawet spore, spanie na antresoli.
Lokal jest na 3 piętrze, co było wiadome na wstępie, ale nie ma windy i klatka schodowa jest ciasna. Odbiór kluczy później wieczorem (my odbieraliśmy po 22.00) wiąże się z dodatkową opłatą 20 EUR (i chyba 40 po północy. System sformalizowania najmu dość czasochłonny: skomplikowana umowa (po włosku), spora ilość maili i dokumentów do przeklikania.

great location, a short walk from Bologna train station and excellent access to the City of Bologna. bed very comfortable though access to upper area was steep and narrow with a beam over the bed! washing machine was a big plus. very quiet.
We stood in the rain waiting for 30 mins access into the property. The facilities were mixed with broken items in the kitchen area and a lack of basic items such as cups and wine glasses. the shower area was frankly disgusting. it was blocked so I unblocked it. not a nice job. we don’t believe the property could comfortably sleep 4. The sofa bed was small and uncomfortable as a sofa.
