Location, cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation
There were 7 adults so not enough comfy seats in the lounge 😬

Breakfast N/A. Location was very close to Whitby centre, slight up hill return. Was everything we wanted it to be for 10 people, 3 generations. Comfortable and spotless. The kitchen was very well equipped, although it took the whole weekend to find some items! The hot tub was well maintained and with the outdoor space, provided hours of entertainment. The bedrooms were clean, spacious, towels ample & fluffy. WiFi excellent. The grandchildren loved the games room. Free parking for 3 large cars.
A little on the expensive side for 3 nights.
