The whole park is very well organised and easy to use – access via gate code and key collection/return was smooth and hassle-free. We didn’t need to contact staff at all during our stay, which shows everything is set up properly. The lodges are in a great location with a nice view, finished to a high standard, very clean and well designed. The high ceilings make the space feel open and bright, and the terrace with seating and hot tub was a big plus. Everyone in our group was really impressed.
The bed in the twin room felt a bit short, although I’m 6’4, so this might not be an issue for most guests. The hot tub also cools down quite quickly with frequent use – it would be great to have an option to increase the temperature or speed up reheating, although we understand this is fairly normal.
