It was clean warm and a fabulous location.
A little more attention to detail needed with regard to cooking facilities,the cooker hob lights did not work very dark in the kitchen area,a better set of knives and forks pans not enough frying pan past its sell by date.

Great cottage in farm setting with easy open access to farm and meadow with pretty walking and stream. Geese, peacocks and friendly dog provided lots of interest for our children.

Good location and size of property.
Good they have an onsite EV car charger.
Despite multiple cottages you couldn’t hear the neighbours and all felt private.
Unfortunately it wasn’t possible to contact the owners despite multiple attempts via text message, phone or through the booking.com messaging app. Upon arrival one of the rooms had not been properly made up (missing pillow cases and towels). We just had to make do although this could have been rectified had the owners been available.
There were lots of cobwebs as well and the sofa was incredibly uncomfortable.
