There is also a bathroom, a utility with basin and WC, kitchen, sitting room, dining room and a sitting room with open fire. Outside, there is designated roadside parking for 1 car, and an enclosed garden. Brookleigh is a great base for exploring both the moors and coast, throughout the year. Note: There is a stream 100 yards from the property, please ensure children are supervised.

Comfortable and spacious cottage with lovely garden in a fantastic location within a beautiful Yorkshire village. Only suggestions are that it would have been nice to have some deckchairs/ garden chairs so that you can sit on the lawn. Also windows need to be waxed as they are really stiff and I caught my finger opening one.
