Quiet location near to Scarborough. Lodge was clean and spacious.
Patio area outside was neglected so unable to enjoy sitting in the sun

i've read so many reviews saying how bad and dirty it is that i considered not bringing my wife here but as it's very rare we get a couple days off work i thought id risk it and it was amazing!! so clean, so spacious, very quiet and comfortable. i don't know what everyone else is complaining about. Don't go by the bad reviews, i would definitely recommend especially with scarborough only being 15 minutes away.
i'd say the only negative thing would be no wifi but there's a tv with working channels, just connect your hotspot that's what i did. Although the no wifi does make it better as you can enjoy the nature a lot more.

Well equipped chalet and great layout
Upholstery quite dirty

Nice setting, ideal location.
Property was tired, light fittings hanging from the ceiling, and other bits that showed lots of wear and tear that hadn’t been repaired.
