Well equipped kitchen, large dining room and a very comfortable lounge. The property was decorated with a modern vibe, mainly white. The beds were comfortable.
There were no toilet rolls provided or bin bags. The hot tub was on a timer and went cold very quickly.

The property was close to the North Bay and only a 10min walk to the south bay, there was 12 of us staying and found it to have enough space for us downstairs for us not to be tripping over each other. There was a hamper for us when we arrived containing tea, coffee, biscuits, milk etc which was a lovely surprise. we all found the beds comfy and the hot tub was the finishing touch. There was enough plates, cups, glasses for everyone and a lovely big dinning table so we could all eat together. Would definitely recommend and go again.

Good location - close to all amenities. Plenty of parking.
The accommodation itself is very good, we liked the number of rooms, although the bathrooms were very small.
The large dining room was great for everyone to eat together.
All the dustbins were full on arrival and did not get emptied until the day we left.
The house was not clean, there were crumbs on all the soft furnishing, and the floors had not been swept or hoovered downstairs, although hoover and brushes were available so we had to clean up before we could settle in.
The hot tub was very dirty and we had to call the landlord who sent the cleaning company to sort it, This took 3 hours on the second day of three.
The outdoor area between the house and hot tub shed was untidy, uneven concrete - not very child friendly.
