Beautiful, safe, cosy neighbourhood, easy trasport to everywhere. The apartment is modern, have separate big rooms, clean kitchen with lot of equipment. Excellent view from the balcony. Very helpful owner/manager.
Only one duvet for 2 people.

Excellent location for myself as was working in the area. The apartment was very quiet, no noise whatsoever so easy to relax and rest in the evenings. Great feature of the balcony, but not used in mid March, would be great in the summer!.
The kitchen facilities had everything required to make your own meals.
Didnt use the free parking, as most of my workmates were in the Holiday Inn and we used the Ocean Terminal parking which is only a 5 minute walk away. On street parking is also possible. Will definitely book again

Great location. Short walk to The Shore with coffee shops and bars. Right on Water of Leith and lovely walks. Buses stop outside and the tram is 10 minutes walk.
Apartment was clean, warm and comfortable. It's spacious. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Security entry excellent. I felt very safe.
The kitchen knives are blunt. I'd say that needs immediate action.
Everything else is individual preference, but I agree with a previous comment that a light above the bathroom mirror would be useful. If it were my apartment, I'd put a small drawer unit inside one of the wardrobes. But those last 2 points are being picky.
The knives though.... I'd bring my own when I come again
