The space
Freshly redecorated and furnished in 2026, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a bright, open-plan living area. The spacious king-size bedroom is quiet and away from street noise, with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a dedicated desk — perfect if you need to work during your stay. Fast 5G WiFi throughout. The flat is professionally cleaned before every stay; towels, bedding, and toiletries are all provided. Please note there's no TV — ideal if you want to properly switch off and explore the city.
The flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift.
Guest access
The whole apartment is yours. A few storage areas are reserved, but there's plenty of space throughout for short and longer stays alike.
Getting around
The tram stop is right on your doorstep — hop on for a direct ride to Princes Street, Waverley Station, Haymarket, and Edinburgh Airport (no transfers needed). The Shore, with its Michelin-starred restaurants, historic waterfront bars, and the Royal Yacht Britannia, is a 10-minute stroll. The buzz of Leith Walk — independents, coffee shops, and some of the city's best restaurants — is right outside.
The neighbourhood
Leith was named one of the coolest neighbourhoods in the world by Time Out, and once you arrive, you'll understand why. It has the energy of a city within a city — without the tourist crowds of the Old Town. The Royal Mile and Edinburgh's iconic landmarks are just a short tram ride away.
From 24th July 2026, Edinburgh District Council applies a mandatory 5% visitor levy to the first five nights of all stays.
