The village location and the private swimming pool is exceptional. The location is perfect if you have your own car. Just a 7 minute drive to the beach! Perfect if you want a home away from home. The private swimming pool was perfect. Large and well maintained.
The bathrooms left a lot to be desired. The toilet seats broken/not fit for purpose. The flush not working properly on a few of them. The showers also were not great. Definitely in need of some renovation.

La villa est spacieuse et belle. Jardin et piscine magnifiques. De belles vues dégagées depuis les terrasses hautes. Nous avons passe de bons moments en famille à 8.
Le propriétaire est d'une politesse et réactivité sans égales.
Le super marché Cimi d'Orikum est à 8 minutes en voiture. Vlore à 30minutes.
La pression de l'eau dans les douches est faible mais on s'en est accomodé.

Villa is located in a beautiful garden, has a very good private pool and enough space for a large family.
Communication with owner is unconsistent and long. After check-in we discovered that washing machine was not working, and it took owner 3 days to fix it, where our stay was 6 nights in total. Owner answered very slow and we had to insist until he started to do something. Every day, the gardener was walking around doing maintenance job in garden or for house and this was annoing and affecting our privacy. 2 out of 5 nedrooms do not have A/C and there is no info about this in description.
