Family Beach Swimming Pool Villa Luanit

We loved the pool, the several and spacy rooms. The house have several terraces, but due to the hot weather we used the inner hall rather, which is also large. It was far enough for 10 people. The garden is also fantastic, with fruit trees and the turtles living in the garden. The grill worked well too. The kitcehn is very well equiped. There are 3 bathrooms which were also enough for 10. We had to use air conditioning a lot because of the hot weather and they worked well.

Google maps shows wrong position and guided us on wrong roads, it is better to ask help from the owner for the directions. Once warm water was missing, and once all water was missing, but the maintenance person came fast (in 1 hour) and fixed. Also for a short while (10 min) there was short circuit, but it was in the whole village not in the house. The maintenance person was around in the garden every day, but he did not disturb us.

Een oase van rust. Mooie groene tuin. Zeer geschikt voor bijvoorbeeld 2 gezinnen. 3 van de 5 kamers met airco. Leuk om de bbq en pizzaoven in de tuin te gebruiken. Erg fijn zwembad!

We had the best time at Villa Luanit. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and clean. The pool and gardens were amazing, there is so much space and a really big pool. There is orange and lemon trees and rosemary bushes in the garden too as well as an olive grove and we saw so much wildlife in the gardens too including tortoises - which was such a treat. The views from the balconies were like a postcard, really breathtaking. Tragjas was a lovely little place, the people who lived there were very friendly. There is a great cafe a short walk from the villa that is very traditional, affordable and lovely staff, and also a supermarket for the essentials with very friendly staff. If you want a taste of Albania away from the touristy places this is such a good place to stay but it is a close enough drive from bigger/ more touristy places too, including beaches and beach bars etc if you want the best of both worlds. We were able to use taxis to get to Vlora, Orikum and Radhime. To top it all off, the host Olti was so lovely, welcoming and super responsive to any of our messages, he sent us lots of recommendations and helped us organise things like boat trips, using the bbq in the garden and finding transfers etc. He wanted us to have the best time ever and helped that happen! Can’t recommend the villa or Albania enough! Thanks again.

We loved everything but a note would be that you do need a car or taxis to get to the bigger towns like Orikum, Radhime and Vlora but this wasn’t a problem for us as there was taxi ranks in Orikum and Vlora and we managed to get someone’s number and utilise their taxi for the week - every driver we encountered was so helpful and friendly!

Villa is located in a beautiful garden, has a very good private pool and enough space for a large family.

Communication with owner is unconsistent and long. After check-in we discovered that washing machine was not working, and it took owner 3 days to fix it, where our stay was 6 nights in total. Owner answered very slow and we had to insist until he started to do something. Every day, the gardener was walking around doing maintenance job in garden or for house and this was annoing and affecting our privacy. 2 out of 5 nedrooms do not have A/C and there is no info about this in description.
