Nice quiet location, close to lots of interesting places to visit. Our host John was very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome from the start.

It was lovely and quiet, really nicely and brightly decorated with large bedrooms and an excellent shower! We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable

John was a really attentive and welcoming host, giving us lots of info and tips to enjoy local the attractions,even providing a pack of tissues to wipe dry the outside seats on the ferry, with a kind note slipped under the door. The chocolates ,biscuits, tea, coffee and milk were welcomed too.
It’s a really lovely and modern space with comfortable beds, ample parking and storage, and very clean. Close to everything yet in a quiet semi-rural setting only minutes from the heart of Penzance.
. While it does have a small kitchenette you are a little limited in what you can cook through lack of mw cooking dishes.
Pre prepared meals from the supermarket already in microwave containers worked well, and we did manage to mw frozen raw pasties we had arrived with, then fry them up in butter in a pan to a crisp finish. Not really a negative. You just needed to improvise. Don't let it put you off.
