Sunnyside Bed and Breakfast

The property is beautiful. Our bedroom was stunning and so clean. The attention to detail is unreal. The host Jonathan has thought of everything. We can’t fault it at all.

We stayed two nights at Sunnyside and couldn't have asked for a better base to explore the Peak District. Our hosts were wonderfully friendly and helpful throughout, and made us feel genuinely welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The room and the whole property were beautifully furnished and decorated, with lots of lovely personal touches that gave the place real character. We slept extremely well during our stay. A particular highlight was the garden — large, well kept, and a real sun trap. We spent a happy evening sat outside enjoying a few drinks in the sunshine. Breakfast was excellent: beautifully presented and genuinely tasty, a great start to each day. Longnor itself is a small village but has everything you need — a shop, a couple of coffee shops, and a good pub, all within easy walking distance. We'd highly recommend Sunnyside to anyone looking to stay in this part of the Peak District, and would happily return.

This was a beautifully restored old property, well placed on a quiet street. It was a great base to explore the area. The hosts were very welcoming and provided lovely breakfasts.
