Strategic cozy apartment but failed to meet expectations
Great cozy apartment overlooking the alps. It is spacious and convenient about 10 min walk to the ski lifts. Nice nostalgic mini compo that plays CD was part of the added bonus!
The directions given by the agent was inaccurate. We had to do some driving around before finding the premise. There is free parking available but it’s not guaranteed and if it’s not available across the apartment, you will have to drive around to find parking . If you have many luggage, then be prepared to carry them 2 floors up! It would be easier to bring the luggage from the garden then internally via the tight stairs inside. The apartment offered a few small packets of shower gel and shampoo which is inadequate for our party. For the amount of fees charged, I cannot comprehend how the renter can scrooge on this. What’s more, when we checked in, there was no hot water!!! Apparently after some time of inactivity, it takes 3-4 hours to heat up the water heater which is slow to heat up. We ended up having no shower on the day of arrival. What’s worst, the handle of the water shower was somewhat broken and had a sharp edge which gave my thumb a deep cut. We alerted the agency and they came to fix it promptly, but only to tape it back!!! They didn’t even replace the handle! To be honest, these are small little things a renter can work on to make this renting experience memorable, as we are after all on holiday but they have not lived up to expectations.

Casa accogliente con panorama bellissimo.
La casa è molto accogliente, dotata di tutto ciò che occorre per far sentire una famiglia a casa. Avere a disposizione l’accesso al giardino condominiale ti fa sentire liberi di vivere l’aria aperta in ogni momento. La vista sul dente del Gigante impareggiabile.

Landschaftlich sehr schön, die Wohnung würde ich kein zweites Mal mieten.
Nur der Ausblick
Der Fußboden war nicht sauber, der Kleiderschrankboden ebenfalls nicht. Im Schrank befand sich benutztes Geschirr und in der Spülmaschine befanden sich noch die nicht weggespülten Reste des Vormieters. Im Badezimmer ist an der Badewanne die Armatur als auch die Handbrause defekt.
