My family and I have travelled the world and have never had such a disappointing experience. Very sad!

The location of the property was great!

It was on the top floor of the building. No elevator. Two long flights of stairs to carry up luggage. The pictures make it seem MUCH bigger. It is super small. The room with the bunk beds, two people cannot pass through the room side by side. The stairs to the loft are super narrow and you risk hitting your head on the beams above to get up the stairs. You cannot stand up in the loft so you have to crawl to the bed or duck significantly and uncomfortably. You cannot get out the front door of the building without having the key which you only get one. You are locked in once you are inside. It is absolutely a fire hazard and very dangerous. It was very expensive. $2200 for two nights for 2 adults and one child. I asked the owners if I could bring my other daughter for one night and they said I had to pay an extra 120 Euro per night for the tiniest bed. The reservation said all taxes included and the owners asked me to leave taxes on the table for my stay. We only stayed one night because the loft was like a sauna even though we turned off the heat in January. Guess the heat rises from the other units. The owners also do not take care of your trash for such a high price. They make you walk up the street and throw out your trash and separate your recycling upon departure. When we expressed our concerns and need to leave they still insisted we pay all taxes and the extra for our daughter which we did. My family and I have travelled the world. We have never had such a disappointing experience.

Posizione strategica a pochi passi dal centro in contesto tranquillo con vista bellissima sulle montagne. La consiglio assolutamente, curata nei minimi particolari e provvista di tutto il necessario.

Tutto perfetto, aggiungerei solo uno specchio in camera.

Soggiorno straordinario! La struttura è deliziosa, impeccabile e posizionata molto vicino al centro. L’host è stata davvero gentile e sempre pronta a supportarci e consigliarci. Un’esperienza da 10/10, da ripetere senz’altro!

Esperienza fantastica! La struttura, seppur piccola, è davvero accogliente e ben tenuta. L’host è eccezionale, gentilissima e pronto ad aiutare in qualsiasi momento. In pieno centro, tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Ho adorato il balconcino, un dettaglio che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole

Pessima esperienza

La posizione, la cucina e il bagno (recentemente ristrutturati), ben attrezzati

La scala all’ingresso, la scala interna che porta alla camera da letto. Questa di trova in una soffitta, senza altezza minima, per cui occorre camminare piegati. Nella soffitta adibita a camera da letto è presente una grossa finestra priva di vetro o di altra protezione, estremamente pericolosa per chi ha bambini, motivo per cui abbiamo dovuto dormire sul divano letto nella zona giorno per quattro notti (con grande disagio). Il pavimento dell’appartamento era sporco: dopo mezz’ora avevamo piedi e calzini neri. La proprietaria ha minimizzato attribuendo il tutto al legno presente nella casa. Ho personalmente lavato il pavimento e i nostri piedi sono rimasti puliti nei tre giorni successivi. Il pavimento del balcone è in legno rustico e molto ammalorato, tanto che il mio bimbo ha schegge nelle ginocchia. Nonostante l’alto prezzo pagato, occorre buttare tutta la spazzatura nei contenitori per differenziata in strada, pena il pagamento di 20 euro di supplemento
