Poorly stocked to the point of ridiculous.
Furniture and facilities
There weren't basic things in the kitchen including no salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc. Basic things we had to buy everything. Some sugar, a few tea bags or coffee sachets were needed. And ended up having to leave it all. Not enough bin liners , dishwasher tablets washing up liquid for our stay. A small amount of washing detergent for 1-2 washes would have been good. Host was unresponsive when we had a power cut and we never saw her. I had to call head office to get it fixed. She was very very slow to respond to any queries. Directions and info was poor. She sent mega bytes of videos when just a few words would have been more helpful. A welcome pack of bread butter jam milk and a couple of beers or bottle of wine and a packet of biscuits would have been appreciated. There wasn't enough kitchen equipment and not enough cutlery for us all to eat. Kettle was ridiculously small. No dishcloth either.

What was described as a 3rd bedroom was basically a mezzanine floor with very difficult access from the second bedroom

It was spacious, clean and pretty close to the sky sites
The staff wasn't responsive when needed the most- when we had the electricity power down and we had to struggle by ourselves to find a solution. The neighbours were friendly enough to help. Also, the house is very poorly equipped, not enough forks in the kitchen, no tablets for the dishwasher and not enough toilet papers. When asked for more, the staff left by the door. Last, but not least , the WiFi wasn't working most of the time
