Beautiful location, in a pretty village with incredible views

Location to the village, yet nice and quiet Parking was very accessible and on site Spacious with great views of the mountains We’ll set up kitchen and the washing machine was excellent

Hard bed Large but thin towels Kitchen cutlery drawer and crockery hard to access with table in the way. Lots and lots of plates but only 3 small bowls A microwave was needed Bathroom needed and exhaust fan Cooler or fan or air conditioner would have helped on a hot evening Noise from upstairs neighbours

It was close to where our friends were

It took a while to get in, to understand that the second door was considered another building and that it wasn’t the first door on the left you had to actually go up the stairs and then it was the first door on the left. We actually tried to get into somebody else’s apartment.

La stanza non è stata pulita... c'erano le lenzuola e gli asciugamani per terra degli ospiti precedenti!!! l'host si è scusato dicendo che l'impresa di pulizie aveva avuto un problema ed ha concesso la cancellazione senza penale, ma ho dovuto cercare un'altra sistemazione il giorno stesso dell'arrivo... per fortuna l'ho trovata anche se ho speso più di quello che avevo previsto. dovrebbe esserci una penale in favore del cliente per casi del genere

Wohnung liegt im Stadtzentrum.

Wohnung ist nicht beschriftet, ist schwer zu finden. Es gab einen Strom, wir konnten nicht kochen, nicht Bad nehmen, nicht Handy aufladen, sollten ins Restourant gehen, obwohl wir das nicht geplant hatten. Niemand ist zu uns zur Hilfe gekommen. Wir telefonierten mit booking.com. Sollten 1 Stunde auf Hilfe warten. Umsonst. Ein zufähliger Nachbar hat uns um 22:00 geholfen, er hatte Schlüssel vom Keller, wo extra Stromschaltung gibt es.

PESSIMO SERVIZIO. Non sono riuscito a pernottare poichè l'Host non mi ha inviato mail con le istruzioni per il cek in e ritiro chiavi. Ho provato a contattarlo sul n. di telefono che mi ha dato booking ed era inesistente, ho inviato mail all'Host tramite booking e finalmente alle 21:00, dopo che avevo provveduto a cercare altro per pernottare vista l'ora, manda messaggio con whatsApp scusandosi di non aver inviato mail, dice che il numero esiste visto che mi sta scrivendo, peccato che non c'era da nessuna parte scritto che si poteva contattare solo tramite whatsApp. E se il cliente non ha internet come lo contatta. E' da ieri che chiedo rimborso sia a lui che a Booking senza riscontro.
