About this apartment rental
La Maison des Guides is located in Dolonne, a hamlet of Courmayeur. The apartment is on the ground floor, ideal for families or groups of friends, and our four-legged friends are also welcome! The entrance overlooks a small lawn, where in summer you can sit and relax after a hike in Val Veny or Val Ferret. In winter, you can devote yourself entirely to skiing and forget about your car. The Dolonne cable car is 500 m away.
The entrance opens onto a small lawn, and inside, a large dining room with a large rustic wooden table welcomes guests. Two green sideboards, a large and comfortable sofa bed, and a TV with DVD player complete the room.
The kitchen is small but fully equipped: crockery, plates, pots, pans, cups, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, electric food processor, dishwasher, oven, and fridge with freezer. Everything you need for short or long stays is provided.
The kitchen leads to a common area that opens onto a laundry room. There is a washing machine, sink, drying rack, ironing board, and iron. It can be used as a storage room for skis in winter or bicycles in summer. It connects to the private garage.
The recently renovated red bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. A hairdryer and a small bathroom kit consisting of shower gel, shampoo, and soap are provided.
There are two bedrooms: the first has two bunk beds and a French window leading to the outdoor courtyard. The second has a double bed and a spacious wooden wardrobe. All windows are equipped with blackout curtains.
You can access the private courtyard by raising the automatic barrier; you will be given a key to open it.
