We hiked TMB and have 3 nights here for rest day from the hike. We also use the location as base for our hike at the balcony trail. The location is superb, within 5 mins walk to the bus station for free bus around Courmayeur or to the trailheads. The unit is very well equipped and we have comfortable rest and able to do some great cooking with very fresh ingredients from nearby Carrefour Express. Communication with the owner is great. Reply is fast and we were very well informed about the units and any help we needed. Highly recommended!!!
The unit is located at attic of an apartment block and without lift. We are ok because we are hikers but family with elderly who cant do staircase need to take note.
