Would never book this place

I got the keys from the safe as soon as I opened the door it smelt of dog and stale cigerettes, there was human poo on the bathroom mirror stains all over the carpets throughout the caravan sides were filthy nothing was clean, tries to call the owner on number provided and it is not recognized, got a email from the property that you are not allowed to go to reception to report any issues or face £60 fine and told to leave the property but we put the keys back and left Stringer away and booked elsewhere it was not hygienic or clean at all, would not go back there

AVOID AVOID AVOID PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ SO YOU DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY We arrived on the 28th March at 1800hrs and left by 1820hrs the caravan was of an unexpected unbelievable state smelt of dog pee, and fag ash, there were holes in the doors, stains on the floors sofa and cushions and mouldy items in the main bedroom. Mould behind the sofa. Broken curtains. Oven filthy. All furniture beds / Sofa has stains Fridge freezer still had food residue. Microwave still had food residue. Kitchen sink had spit in. Carpet all stained. Carpet was not hoovered. Bathroom was rotten. If anybody would like pictures I have no problem providing them. This was a very very poor experience for my family with having an autistic daughter, who was very upset to have to be leaving. Please please please do not book with this owner the caravan is not going to be of a habitable standard. I WOULD NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO STAY IN SUCH BAD ACCOMODATION We have asked for a full refund but have been ignored To that end I have no choice but to believe this caravan let is a money making scam ......

The heating.

stay away! I recently stayed at this caravan and i have to say it was a terrible experience. Upon arriving it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The floors looked like they’d never been hoovered or cleaned, moldy food was found under one of the beds. It was absolutely disgusting. The doors were in terrible condition with punch holes in them and they also didn’t close properly, which made me feel unsafe as i had my godchild with me. There was damp on the walls which i found dangerous for hes health as he’s only one. The Tv remote was another disappointment as half the buttons didn’t work meaning it was useless. They claim to have a “cleaner” but it looks like the caravan has never been cleaned at all. The shower was dirty with limescale buildup and the plates and cutlery were filthy when you’d expect someone at least knew how to do the washing up😅. To top it off even more the shower wouldn’t even change temperature properly meaning it was piping hot. The mattresses were incredibly thin and withered away and the double bed has broken slats meaning you can’t lie on it, It was really off putting and impossible to get a good nights sleep. I’m just grateful we had family nearby otherwise I would not have put up with the disgusting conditions. The whole experience was just disappointing as the photos made it look presentable. Overall, i wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone, it was just one thing after another.

Very disappointed

The location of the caravan and access to it was good.

We were unaware of issues with the blocked master toilet and broken bedroom frame. We informed the owner and he came by the next day. He told us he knew about both but had failed to inform us or Booking.com. The caravan was also not clean and the cutlery was not properly washed. We had to mop and vacuum the caravan upon our arrival. For the rest of our stay, we couldn't use the toilet or sleep in the master bedroom. Luckily we could use the sofa bed and the second en suite toilet.

Location is good.

The beds are horrible. The whole place stunk of dog and when I looked there was dog hair everywhere and the floors were not clean as well as the microwave, it was greasy and smelt of curry. The shower was dirty.

There was NO SHOWER! How can you offer an accommodation without the shower...?? The heating wasn't working properly either - way too cold by the morning with radiators set to max...

Heated throughout , excellent shower, was very modern inside, clean, larger than the average 2 bed caravan

Found 2 curtain tiebacks outside! And Others had come off the wall No Internet as advertised, didn't bother me but my son wasn't impressed 😁

This is beautiful and fresh. My family loved it and I'll 100% will be back next year with all the family, hopefully we can book at least 4 of these what a great experience just needed one more day. The TV was great, WiFi was excellent, beds were comfy all facilities were top end.

I have OCD and alot of the cutlery was dirty, pots needed to be cleaned and the freezer was quite dirty...BUT the place was so lovely and comfy I just washed everything in the kitchen and had a great time.

Excellent value dog friendly break.

Excellent standard mobile home for an excellent low cost. TV and fireplace were fab! 2 toilets very convenient. Nice quiet area. Short walk to beach and facilities.

Sad to see so many run down areas near by. Very high prices in grocery shops £2.20 for 2 pints of long life milk is excessive.
