Stunning View and good location

We stayed in the Studio Apartment with a View and It was an amazing view!!! Easy parking, (only approx. 50 stair steps down to accomodation). It was a great location and a friendly and helpful owner with good communication. It is secure, quiet and private. If you book here, be aware that there are over 100 stair steps down to the ocean level, and this explains the wonderful view. We didn’t see this as a negative and we would highly recommend this property.

The location was closed to the Town Central and gives easy access. It was secured & safe. The view up at the highest point of the property was fantastic. The apartment was spacious.

The staircases were a little steep with no railings.

Beautiful view, some improvements needed

I think this place has to have the best view in the whole of perast - the apartment had a beautiful, big terrace with the most amazing view of the bay - even though the steps are hard work, it's worth it. Fantastic that they provide parking, which would otherwise would've been troublesome to find in Perast. You have a little kitchenette with a fridge and coffee making facilities which was just what we needed. Owner really nice and has her own little bar at the bottom, on the bay level, where she gave us beer and pomegranate wine.

The facilities are a bit worn - the terrace had loungers, chairs and a table and a parasol however unfortunately the stone holding the parasol in place was split in half so unusable. Bit of a shame when you need shade in the baking heat. Inside the wardrobe handle would break off if you tried to use it. Bedroom quite small/tight. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable - we alleviated this by using all of the extra throws/duvets in the cupboard as something to lie on to add a bit of extra cushion.

A lot of pros, some cons

Great location, nice host. Stunning view from the terraces. Also there is a dedicated parking for guests.

Noisy due to guests upstairs (not soundproof ceiling). The bathroom was moldy and a bit smelly. The bed wasn't very comfy.

Wonderful view and stay in general

The view was amazing! The room itself is also very nice. We also had a terrace just for us with the most beautiful view 😊 Also the property manager Vesna was so sweet and helpful. She runs a stand with all the local products like pomegranate wine and juice, goat cheese and similar nearby. It was all super tasty!

What a beautiful view

Perast is a must-visit and this accomodation was perfect for our visit! The studio apartment has incredible views overlooking the village and ocean, and the terrace is a fantastic size with those same views. What made this accommodation extra special was the host Vesna. Vesna was so responsive, greeted us on arrival and even helped organise medication when my Fiancé fell ill.

Nice short term stay

The views from the terrace were incredible. Had a large private terrace to ourselves which we could lock the gate to. Parking right outside also. Short walk down many steps to the main area.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable and the air conditioning is very loud so hard to sleep with. Room was quite small and could do with a bit more maintenance but would still recommend because of the location and views. Wasn’t an issue for us but there is an awful lot of steps up and down to access the village.

Beautiful and Wonderful!

This room was perfect for what we needed for our three nights in Perast. It is small but has what we need, and the air con really helped on the hot days. The view from the balcony was out of this world! We absolutely loved sitting there at the table with glasses of wine with that view, it was definitely worth the stay there.

Can't really say that I don't like anything here. It was all perfect. I would warn people that the stairs can be difficult on hot days though haha.

Magical

Felt just like home! Vesna gave us such a warm welcome and was super quick to answer all our questions. It has an amazing view of the sea and beautiful old stone houses and Lady of Rock islands. Watching the sunset from there was truly magical. The location is perfect close to Kotor. We came by car, and Vesna was really helpful with parking – we could leave the car right in front of the house. We felt so comfortable and at home. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved the view but hated the bed

Great view of Kotor Bay with a nicely shaded studio apartment near the top of the hill. There are a LOT of steps (115+) just to get to the studio, but we ate so much gelato during our trip that we needed the exercise. Great variety of fine dining along the promenade down below.

The bed was very, very hard. They could at least add a mattress topper to soften it. Lots of ants. There is not enough counter space.

Good location - but stay on your ground

Airconditioning was not good. Noisy during the night so we had to turned it off but the heat was also a problem. The bed was way too hard hard for us, we got backpain. Price for this room was a bit too expensive for what you receive. Discussiong about parking spot. Their BMW was parked sideways, so I did the same. This was not according to their standards, "we had to park nicely". Next time inform your guests accordingly and put visible lines on the ground. Their current lines were fade away due to the sun... so how can we know this ?? The lady was very friendly but the husband can't speak English and was very grumpy during our discussion about parking spot. No communication at all !

Perast is s beautiful place to stay and thepeople we met were most kind and helpful

The apartment itself was excellent. I only have one complaint. The floor if the shower is very slippery making it rather dangerous. There is nothing to hold onto except the faucet which becomes very hot. Other than that the place is perfect

We had a problem finding the place because it’s very hard to drive on the bottom road and parking is difficult. On the upper road we could’t find it the first time around. If you leave the car on the upper road there are a lit of steep steps to climb snd this is very difficult to do with luggage. This us something to take into consideration when visiting Perast. I

The best way of Kotor Bay

We had the best time at Villa & Apartments Perasto. First of all, the view from our studio apartment was breathtaking - you can’t get used to it! I literally took hundreds of photos😁 Secondly, the apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, it also felt super private as we had our own terrace with gate. Super clear instructions on parking&check-in. Our host Vesna was also extremely nice and helpful. You must taste her family’s amazing pomegranate wine at the stand downstairs, wow! I can’t imagine a better place to stay at the Bay of Kotor. Thank you for everything!

Villa & Apartments Perasto is in an excellent location in the petite, historic, seaside town of Perast.The apartment was spacious, quiet with a comfortable bed. The washing machine was great. Our apartment's seaside windows had rooftop views with water glimpses. We recommend staying at the Villa & Apartments Perasto.

There could've been more attention to detail such as providing shampoo, also enough shower gel & coffee for our 2 day stay.

Beautiful apartment and location

The apartment was very clean and cosy. The host was extremely helpful and we came to Perast by car and got a easy parking spot for the car at the upper entrance to the apartment. Great Base Camp to drive around the country. We visited Kotor, Budva and the capital. The view from the balcony is beautiful and so is the whole town. Can only recommend!

Nothing really but you should be aware that there are quite a few step (as with most apartments in the area) but well worth the effort. The ceilings are sloped and a little low.

Old fashioned design which makes that place not nice to spend the time there. Very small windows without any nice view. Small TV with only few channels working. Big humidity (mould on the walls).
