Lovely property with great secure parking.
Very clean and comfortable beds
Only negative is the windows were very difficult to open as the stick hook thing was broken and it was very warm, we did manage to get them open in the end but there were lots of cobwebs so didn’t feel comfortable leaving them open and letting all the spiders in!

15 minute walk to the centre of York. Clean and modern with ample room for a family of 4. Dog was very comfortable and we were able to leave her during the day and pop back. However it didn't smell or feel like any other pets had every been there. All in all an excellent trip loved by us all.
Parking was a little tight but we managed to fit our landrover in. Safe and secure
Gardener turned up at 9am. He was very polite but we did not expect him.
