    Our stay at Bellaza Suites was extremely disappointing. The suite was nothing like what was portrayed in the pictures online. The difference was so significant that we genuinely felt misled by the images shown during the booking process. The room was old, shabby, and poorly maintained. The furniture was visibly worn, with chipped surfaces and damaged areas throughout, while the sofa was torn and in very poor condition. The overall appearance of the suite was tired and dated, and certainly not what we expected based on the hotel’s photos. What made the experience even more disappointing was the contrast between the attractive images online and the actual condition of the room. We booked expecting a comfortable, pleasant, and reasonably well-maintained suite, but instead found ourselves staying in a room that looked like it was badly in need of refurbishment. For the price we paid, this was simply not acceptable. A hotel should ensure that its rooms are properly maintained and that the photos used to advertise them accurately reflect their current condition. Unfortunately, this was far from a pleasant stay, and we would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and carefully consider the actual condition of the suites before booking. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again unless the rooms are substantially renovated and better maintained.

    Location is far from everywhere. Journey to JB city area is abt 25mins to 30mins depends on traffic conditions. But aside from that, all is good and value for money anyway considering the spacious unit.

    Good: - Room are spacious & sufficient for couple stay - Facilities are well equipped such as microwave, washing machine, fridge and etc.. - Kitchen sink water pipe equipped with filter - Near to Lego land if bring child then this will be the best choice to pick - Hot shower really good Poor: - Parking was so high up & far from the tower - Table was not properly clean, all the pot was stained - Toilet sink flow was slow - WiFi was slow & not able to play at all at night - TV sounds system also sound broken
