    Good host, refund my deposit within 24 hrs. House with good facilities but i don't really enjoy sleeping inside a tent😅 Just one complaint from me..your towel got weird / bad smell..we need to wash it again before using it🥴And maybe you can put real dining table instead of small camping table...x suitable for old people like us😆

    The staff makes the difference! The deposit is refunded almost on same day and staff actually informs you when deposit is returned. This is a small gesture but to me it makes a big difference as I feel safe with such dedicated staff since I travel with elderly and young children. Thank you and bless your good heart. By the way I stayed only 1 night and it was a last minute booking (booked at 11am same day check in and staff managed to respond quite enough with admin work - Check in instructions all done - by 3pm although I’m checking only after 4pm. See, this is how good this company’s staff is! This company has only a few rooms in Sunway Grid but service is definitely beyond expectation.

    The apartment looked clean, neat and smelled nice when we first entered. However, after staying for some time, we noticed that a very strong amount of Febreze or air freshener had been sprayed on the sofa, bed and pillows. This made us wonder whether the pillowcases and pillows had been properly changed or cleaned before our stay. The pillows were also too soft and there were not enough of them. After using the pillows for a while, we noticed an unpleasant odour coming from them. This made us feel that the heavy use of Febreze may have been to cover up the smell rather than properly addressing the source. For the price we paid, we understand that there may be some limitations, but the excessive amount of Febreze was quite uncomfortable and affected our overall experience. Overall, the apartment was initially clean and presentable, but unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again. We hope the management can look into the cleaning and pillow hygiene, and avoid using excessive air freshener to mask unpleasant odours.

    Disappointing customer service. The wrong locker password was given multiple times, and it took about 30 minutes to get a response. Calls were also not handled properly. Hope the service can be improved.
