Fun, stress free, and fantastic

From start to finish, I had a great time staying at this property. It was a smooth, seamless check-in and the property was well located but felt very secure and safe. The facilities were all spotless and well maintained, and there was a generous selection of snacks, tea/coffee and cleaning products leading to an easy, stress free stay. I'll definitely be staying with them again and can't rate the service highly enough.

The way you have to get into the property as I was a girl alone but my family walked me in and came for a few hours so wasn’t as bad … it’s like I love the location but it can be daunting it night going round in own

Great value for money, optimal location to train and town.

Great value for money having the flat to myself. Having the kitchen facilities were invaluable. A few minutes to the train and town. The landlord was very good, quick response to my queries.

The steps nearly killed me! 😀That was me though, so it shouldn’t be a problem for people without joint problems.

Great vibe, price and location! I'd stay here again.

Everything. What a great vibe for my stay. We spent most of the time in the living room on the pull out couch because the huge windows let in so much natural sunlight. Very fast internet speeds too.

The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable but they weren't terrible. Honestly I regret not booking this place longer. The following hotel was terrible, especially in ratio to this place.

Great location and the flat had everything we needed.

Location was great for town centre

The gated entrance and steps was a little intimidating, lots of stairs with bags and travelling with my son, the entrance to building was a little unkept.

Very convenient Newcastle base for a night.

This is a very nice one bed apartment in a very central location that is fit for purpose for a night in the City Centre in the knowledge that you are in the City Centre so there is likely to be noise (ear plugs required). Lovely cosy rooms and nice to have tea and coffee available when only staying one night (good espresso machine). Also liked the Netflix availability and comfy sofa.

The communal areas do not do the apartment justice. They need a really good clean which was off putting on arrival -we were relieved to find the apartment was clean and spotless.

This room is located in the city center but I have to pass some dark and dangerous alleyways to reach it.It makes me worried. The room seemly had not been cleaned totally. I even could see rubbish in the bin when I arrived.

Easy and great location for centre of city, easy to enter and find keys, lovely hosts. very cute and comfy theme.

Bed couldve been comfier as I do have back problems but they were still good :) And there was one glass left by sink as we entered but other than that everything was fine.

There wasn’t a spare quilt however apartment was warm so wasn’t a necessity.

externally poor, and not comfortable

dirty and smelt. the bedroom window wouldn’t open, the blinds didn’t close properly in the living room. it smelt bad, and the sofa bed was extremely dirty. the blankets given to use on the sofa bed were also dirty. 4 or is stayed and the shower filled up in the tray so bad that we kept having to turn the shower off. not everyone was able to shower due to this.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The property address was wrong, it is on Falconer Court. it took us ages to find it. the blinds were broken as was the toilet seat. very dirty carpets outside.

flat was dirty , stains on the bed and couch , difficult to find . neighbour had a washing machine or tumble drier on earth which made the bed vibrate . a very strong smell in the apartment . hairs on the towels and bed sheets. substandard dilapidated apartment .
