5-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious, fully renovated in 2015, comfortable and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living room with satellite TV (flat screen), wood-burning stove. 1 double bedroom with hand-basin. Large kitchen 17 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC. Terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.
