Above Vorderlanersbach 3 km from the centre of Tux, 4 km from the centre of Lanersbach, 15 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on a slope. In the house: ski boot dryer. Steep, narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. 30 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Lanersbach Eggalmbahnen/Tux" 1.1 km, railway station "Mayrhofen Bahnhof" 12.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m, mountain railway 1.5 km, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 1.5 km, ski school 1.5 km, cross country ski track 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Eggalm 4 km, Hintertux 10 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Animals in the neighbourhood. Recommendable for experienced guests who are familiar with the typical facilities of this property. The balcony may only be used partially.

WC. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair), 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 sofabed and 1 double bed. Low door height 180 cm ceiling height 190 cm. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Balcony 10 m2, patio. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs (4). Marvellous view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house.
