Stay Away it's Appalling

There was absolutely nothing nothing to like, we took a look around the sorry excuse for an apartment and left immediately.

Stained walls that must have rarely seen a fresh coat of paint. Flies greeted us on arrival, attracted no doubt by the musty smell. The sofa was awful, covered by a white sheet to make it appear nice. The toilet bowl was centimetres from the side wall, making it extraordinarily difficult to use. The wi-fi worked, but with a signal not even strong enough to allow one to use YouTube. The bathroom door was stained and hadn't seen paint in ages. The coffee maker was dirty with an appalling filter that should have long ago been replaced. No place to put clothes except a standing rack containing coat hangers. We immediately returned the keys to the key box outside the door and booked another hotel. An utterly disgraceful dump that Booking.com should have nothing to do with.

I didn't even stay.

There was mold in the room, you couldnt even breathe properly due to humidity, let alone spend the night in it. The walls were dirty, the couch was in bad shape and the host covered it with a white sheet. the bathroom was awful, clean but I couldn't use it in such conditions. hated the experience. the hosts need to work on the apartment before renting it again.

It has a good location within walking distance from Herakleion center and bus stop isn't far from apartment. The supermarket is right in front of apartment and upstreet you can find some cafe and place to eat. the room has conditionerbane was clean.

If you aren't lucky and get apartment on the first floor you will have to deal with cars though they are not so loud in bedroom but still hearable. the toilet was clean but shower is quite old and cheap curtains. the main issue is that apartment is very thin and straight and the only window is near the entrance, so inside it is quite dark even it has window on top of bedroom. it was not possible to pickup keys earlier even when apartment was free and we arrived early morning. the key is transfered via keybox and there is no live person to contact except phone or chat.

False economy. go elsewhere. Multiple guests have mentioned mold, odor and ventilation issues. Listing photos are overexposed to appear brightly lit. Kitchenette with no cooktop next to useless, hotplate not even able to boil water.

This place is not really an 'apartment' in the conventional sense, rather it's a converted commercial office/shopfront space (note there is no proper built-in cooktop). As a result the 'bedroom' (actually backroom) has no window venting to the outside, thus the lack of ventilation and sunshine caused significant mold problems, with extensive mold on walls and significant odor, despite my request to clean it. It was bad enough I had to ditch the bedroom and sleep in the 'living room'. If I had sufficient time I would have canceled my stay and moved elsewhere. The host, in listing this property and neglecting to treat the mold, knowingly put guests' health at risk.

Superb

It's located close enough to the city center (easy 15 minutes walk), but far enough to find out some of the less popular gems along the way. Supermarket is just across the street, and even though there's no parking available by the property, you can always find a free spot on the street relatively nearby within a block.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική! Το κρεβάτι πάρα πολύ άνετο! Το κατάλυμα είχε όλα όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για τη διαμονή του.

Δεν ήταν καλό το σήμα στο wifi και δεν μπορούσα να δουλέψω καθόλου. Χρειάζεται βάψιμο καθώς οι τοίχοι έχουν βρωμιά και σε κάποια σημεία υγρασία. Ενώ γενικά είναι ένα καθαρό κατάλυμα, το παπλωμα που μάλλον λόγο καλοκαιριού δεν το χρησιμοποίησε κάποιος, ήθελε ένα φρεσκάρισμα καθώς το υπνοδωμάτιο δεν έχει ντουλάπα και ήταν εκτεθημένο σε ένα ράφι (σε κάποια σημεία δεν ήταν καθαρό).

Canapé lit inutilisable car sale et défoncé, une chaise cassée. Pas de lampe de chevet. Salle de bain:pas de rideau de douche, flexible douche à moitié cassé et ventilation sale et brisée.

Purtroppo non posso dare meno. La casa era particolarmente umida, sporca, vecchia e poco curata. Il cancello di ingresso era rotto. Appena entrati permeava un odore acre di chiuso e muffa, poco salubre. Le foto non sono realistiche dell’attuale condizione.Abbiamo segnalato il problema della muffa all’host ma alla fine ho dovuto cambiare alloggio, acquistando una camera presso un hotel vicino. Nessun rimborso è stato concesso. Lo sconsiglio assolutamente

Ο μόνος λόγος για να το κλείσει κανείς είναι επειδή βρίσκεται ακριβώς απέναντι από το Creta Inter Clinic. WiFi και τηλεόραση οκ.

Το διαμέρισμα μύριζε κλεισούρα και τσιγάρο. Το χερούλι της τουαλέτας είναι σπασμένο. Για να μπεις στην τουαλέτα πρέπει να κάνεις μανούβρες. Για να έχει ζεστό νερό πρέπει να ανάψεις θερμοσίφωνα. Μια φορά δοκιμάσαμε να βάλουμε την κουζίνα και έριξε την ασφάλεια. Οι καρέκλες στο τραπεζάκι είναι σπασμένες και πρέπει να κάθεσαι σιγά σιγά μην πάρεις τούμπα. Ο μόνος λόγος που δικαιολογώ την τιμή του είναι ότι βρίσκεται απέναντι από το Inter Clinic καθώς παροχές δεν έχει. Το μόνο θετικό ήταν ότι οι οικοδεσπότες μας βοήθησαν στις δυσκολίες που είχαν οι γονείς μου να βρουν τα κλειδιά και να μπουν μέσα. Σε αυτό θέλω να πω ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στην Στέλλα, για την βοήθεια. Σαν χώρος όμως το διαμέρισμα δεν αξίζει.
