Fully equipped kitchen - nearby super market -easy access with a door password

Extremely noisy: next door is a private college with theatre lessons meaning that we had people screaming and rehearsing every afternoon. We politely asked them to keep it quiet, also contacted the owner but nothing worked. Poor wifi: the flat seems to share wifi from the college next door which means that the signal was extremely poor. We did not use it at all

Excellent location, well kept, clean with and with everything we needed. Great stay

Great flat with wonderful facilities. Everything in the flat was well maintained and modern and I especially appreciated the Nespresso machine for good coffee. The crockery were very high quality too. Short walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants. Lidl supermarket was just downstairs! The host Mike was also very good and quick to respond to our needs and requests. When we reported that the ventilator fan in the toilet was not working, he sent someone to fix it the very next morning.

The apartment as could be optimistically expected. The owners exceeded every expectation.

We had the best possible experience at this apartment. I traveled with two teenagers and a toddler, all pretty wiped out after the ferry and a 2-hour ride from Hora Sfakion; we were leaving Crete next morning and didn't hope for more than a place to spend the night and the transfer to the airport (previously arranged with the owner). Instead, we were met by Irina, Natalia's mother, who showed us exceptional hospitality, made us supper, gave my daughter a tour around the neighborhood, and made us wished we had more time to stay. The apartment was well-stocked with shampoos, laundry detergent, basic food, extra bedding, etc. — all kind of trivial comforts which are so hard to get and expensive while you travel. If I ever have a chance to stay in Heraklion again, I hope this apartment will be available.

Nicht zu empfehlen leider

Nicht zu empfehlen. Wir haben diese Unterkunft deshalb gebucht wegen dem check out um 0 Uhr Mitternacht, so wie es hier steht, weil unser Flug paar Stunden später ist. Aufeinmal werden wir angerufen und uns wird gesagt dass wir um 12 Uhr mittags raus sein müssen oder wir mehr zahlen müssen. Da fühlt man sich verarscht bzw. wurde man verarscht. Die Unterkunft war auch nicht sauber, wir mussten Geschirr und Besteck nochmal Abwaschen vor Benutzung das war echt nicht schön. Auch der Boden war bestimmt nicht mal durchgewischt worden Vorher. Wasserfilter war extrem dreckig wir haben uns lieber Wasser Flaschen gekauft.
