It was very modern and the location was very good. My husband was a patient in the Interclinic and it was only a few minutes walk. It's very useful that there is a 24 hour mini market next door. Apart from the bed cover the apartment was immaculately clean. The hot watertakes a long time to arrive so persevere, it's worth it, the shower is very spacious and efficient. The bed was very comfortable and communication was excellent with Manos and the lady who met me and gave me the key.

There was a stain on the bed cover and it was quite thin, so as my stay was in November I was a little bit cold at night. I missed having a kettle as I only drink tea, but I boiled water in a pan so it wasn't a major issue. There is a Nespresso machine for coffee but it's not really very good for making tea.

A small cozy apartment with everything you might need. Close to shops, caffès and walking distance from the City Center

The apartment was clean, nice and properly equipped.

There is a small issue with the shower because the floor is not elevated in a way to permit the water to drain into the shower sewage. Water will go out of the shower into the bathroom floor.

All in all we had a great time at the apartment. We loved the feel and look of it.

Loved the bathroom and how it had everything (even bathing robes) we didn’t miss anything. Everything we needed was offered in the apartment. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was great.

The internet didn’t work and it I also couldn’t use data (4G) on my phone because we had no net connection

Very cozy and clean apartment. It was a pleasure to stay here. Towels were clean and fresh. Coffee and tea were good. Everything what you could need to prepare food was here :) Bed and sofa are comfortable. No problems with hot water. Owner replied very fast on my messages.

Water was pouring out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. It's not critical, but uncomfortable.

Access to the property at night was difficult and downs dark entrance way. the outdoor area was unkept.

Problems with the check in - wanted to cancel Rude host - at 15.00 tells me that i cant check in yet cause the room is not done. Than he stops to answer his phone... Room felt crowded and small. Bathroom small no hot water in the morning. Noises at night. Hard to find parking.

A budget holiday studio

The studio is in Minoos street, just 5min from supermarket, cafes and restaurants. The city center is 20min walk or you can take a bus 10min walk. The room is nice, clean and cosy, with plasma Tv, a/c, kitchen and bathroom.The bed is comfortable, and the stairs fabulous. Outside from the apartment you can sit in a yard, in a cosy atmosphere. The owner is very helpful, polite and friendly, thanks Mr. Manos. Definitely I will stay again if am going back to Heraklion.

The studio is very clean and comfortable. The space was organized very well, though small, on 2 floors. Outside there is a small, quiet patio with table and chairs, ideal for breakfast. Free parking in the street is very easy to find. The host is very kind and welcoming. He replies quickly to every message.

The location is quite far from the centre by foot, but if you have a car, in 10 minutes you are there. The upper floor gets too warm during daytime, cause hot air always goes upward, but there is AC that helps a lot. Curtains could be better in order to shade from daylight in the morning. Bring a face mask.

Modern, clean, well-equipped apartment. I liked the loft bed a lot. Plenty of storage space, nice little kitchyen. Thanks for the welcome bottle of water in the fridge!

Fabulous

The studio is very nice and well equiped. Finally despite the size, the organization of space is good. Manos was friendly and helpful also in suggesting few places in downtown.

Position is clear from map. It is 15-20 minutes by walk from center. It is not a strength, but for sure the zone is fine and quiet. And market are nearby.

Posizione abbastanza centrale rispetto alla città di Heraklion ; Il ritiro chiavi è avvenuto per il tramite di istruzioni ricevute dal proprietario e per il mezzo della "classica black box" Appartamento al piano terra ben organizzato e con spazi adeguati ; bagno OK ! Soggiorno di 2 gg. scelto per visitare la città prima del rientro ; siamo stati al Palazzo di Cnosso ma personalmente è stata una delusione ( troppi rifacimenti non adeguati ). Visitato anche l'Acquario di Creta e questa è stata una visita più che soddisfacente anche in rapporto al prezzo.

Non semplicissimo trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze della struttura.

Το μπάνιο ήταν μεγάλο και άνετο, μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε check-in αργά το βράδυ, και η γειτονιά είχε όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι, όπως 24ωρο μάρκετ, φαρμακείο και φούρνο.

Το δωμάτιο που μείναμε δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα ικανοποιητικό. Ήταν πολύ μικρό, απλώς με ψηλό ταβάνι, και είχαν φτιάξει μια ξύλινη κατασκευή για το κρεβάτι, πράγμα που δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα πρακτικό. Η σκάλα που οδηγούσε στο κρεβάτι έτριζε αρκετά, κάτι που έκανε τη χρήση της άβολη. Εγώ εμφάνισα σπυράκια στο δέρμα, κάτι που με κάνει να πιστεύω ότι η καθαριότητα ίσως να μην ήταν στο καλύτερο επίπεδο. Επίσης, δεν υπήρχε πουθενά χώρος για να απλώσουμε ρούχα, οπότε αναγκαστήκαμε να τα βάλουμε πάνω σε μια καρέκλα έξω. Ο εξαερισμός δεν λειτουργούσε.
