The apartment doesn’t feel cramped and is comfortable to move around in. The balcony is a very good size.
The AC is very loud.

Great location and just 1km walk into town. Very clean apartment and it had all the basics you need.
Parking is a nightmare and if you do find one, it's very tight. Be aware that you'll be charged 5euro a day if you want to use the air conditioner plus 8euro per day for the new government tax (which they want in cash only - I believe it should be absorbed by the landlord - as with every other place).

The kitchen was fully equipped, the olive oil, salt and greek coffee was a nice touch. The location was great, close to the city center but not overlooking the road, so quiet at night. The beds were comfy.
Steep and narrow stairs, would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. The room needs a renovation (several broken tiles and bathroom accessories) or at least a deep cleaning. The bathroom had no ventilation and has a tilt so the water does not drain properly. The AC is very old and extremely noisy. The room was not cleaned at all during our 6-night stay and there was no equipment for us to clean with either, so the floor was a constant mess from the shower water. The first night we were left with no running water, with the host claiming it's the city's issue. Still good to know if the area is prone to such events.
