Gute Lage, gut und praktisch eingerichtet
Sehr hellhörig, im Badezimmer einiges nicht mehr in Schuss (Klobrille total locker, Duschbrause nicht funktionsfähig, nur Wasser von oben.

Η εσωτερική αυλή ήταν ένας επιπλεόν χώρος ξεκουρασης. Η διαρρύθμιση του χώρου επέτρεπε τον διαχωρισμό των δυο χώρων καθιστικού και κρεβατιού.
Ο φεγγίτης. Ενας μεγάλος φεγγίτης χωρίς να μπορεί να καλυφθεί βρίσκεται πάνω από το κρεβάτι, με αποτέλεσμα το δωμάτιο από τις 7:00 να ειναι φωτεινό. Χωρίς τη δυνατότητα συσκότισης Η καθαριοτητα!! Τα επιπλα της αυλής ήταν βρώμικα αλλά και η αυλή ηταν γεμάτη φύλλα και εντομα. Στην είσοδο γίνονταν εργασίες και το κλιμακοστάσιο δεν καθαρίστηκε ποτέ.
