Great location, literally in the centre of Heraklion on a relatively quiet little road. The host was very on point with their communications and the apartment itself was very affordable considering its amenities. They even gave us an extra pair of bedsheets despite us not telling them initially that we needed them, and changed our towels.
The oven wasn't the greatest. Apart from that, there were really not that many drawbacks. Maybe an extra pair of bedsheets should be included in the flat without us informing them prior to our arrival? But that's so minor.
