The location is very good. Close to the port and city centre. The location was very good. We stayed for one night only and it was very good, spacious apartment. There is kitchen to cook etc.
I was unable to turn on hot water but I faced this issue in a lot of apartment in Greece, so nothing special about it.

A nice, clean place to stay in a quiet area of ​​Heraklion. Its location is convenient, even for walking into the city. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The hosts are very welcoming and respond quickly to any questions. There are also plenty of coffee shops and pastry shops nearby.

The self check in was very smooth, arranged for our late arrival. There were take away restaurants and supermarkets 2-3min walk away and parking in the street was smooth.
