Great place in Heraklion

It was okay but considering the price we comprised on a bit.

The room was clean.

The services considering how much we paid compared to other places we received better services at the other hotels in Greece. This is as also the most expensive didn’t seem really worth it. We weren’t give clean towels which is a bare minimum. We had to request for clean towels even then the lady said she’ll have to email her boss and ask first. We stayed for 7 days and it was expected to use the same towels for 1 week straight is pretty unreasonable and not hygienic at all. Our other hotel we stayed at before hand was much cheaper and they also had a washing me on hand for guest to use which wasn’t provided at this stay.

Comfortable stay

Well designed, comfortable bed, good shower, well equipt kitchen. Just a 7 min walk to the outer edge of old town. A 30 min walk from the port and a 25 min walk from bus station, both at a gradual upward incline. Well priced grocery store diagonally across the road.

Not much not to like. If I had to say something, there is no hand held bidet next to the pot in the bathroom. If you are coming with heavy bags be aware that it is on the 1st floor and there is no elevator. No daily cleaning. All in all a very comfortable stay.

A lovely apartment in easy walking distance from the Old Town. I would stay again!

I was very happy with the apartment and its location. An easy 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Old Town and the port, and there are nice, local restaurants and supermarkets right on the doorstep. I felt safe walking back at night. The apartment I stayed in was at the rear of the property so it was very quiet. Maybe other apartments facing the street might be affected by traffic noise but mine wasn't. There's no view from the balcony but it gets lots of morning sunshine and was still pleasant to sit out there in the afternoons (with the exception of the noisy pump – see comments below!).

The kitchen was fine, but a few more utensils like a spatula, decent paring knife and a chopping board would be useful. There's a kindergarten located on the ground floor of the building and it had some kind of generator or pump that was very noisy throughout the day and night. I used earplugs at night, but it still affected the calm and quiet enjoyment of the place. The retractable fly screen needs fixing, and there are numerous dirty scuff marks on the walls which should be cleaned off as it makes the place look a bit shabby, which is a shame because it is otherwise a lovely apartment and I would happily stay there again.

Spacious apt, modern and clean

Very spacious apt. Clean, modern and comfortable. Check-in was remote but all worked well. Apt is beside a somewhat busy road but noise shutout when balcony door closed. Balcony was added bonus.

Mattress was a bit on the soft side for my liking but just a personal preference.

Good job, highly recommended!

The property is impeccably clean, and well equipped with kitchen utensils for stay of few days or even weeks. The location is excellent - supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies etc., are in close proximity and also close to the city center. Also, the service and responsiveness was excellent, being that it’s self check in and out. I extended my stay so needed to move rooms which went smoothly, they allowed early check in to accommodate me.

Easy to reach the property for early access and bag storage. Rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable.

Beautiful apartment in a good location. Close to the centre, bus stops and a bus station. You can find nice places to eat or have coffee. In the apartment I found even an iron and coffee maker.

good mattress! unit was clean with everything in good to new condition. good location.

check-in was a little mysterious. we did not get the door code via email as expected. fortunately, we we able to call someone at the office and get the code. another couple had the same problem, but were trying to check in after business hours, and the facility office was not answering. they did finally get the code, but i believe they eventually talked to customer service at booking.com. i guess the issue is with booking.com., not the facility itself. otherwise, there were no problems, and our stay was comfortable and pleasant. great location, easy walking distance to old town, harbor, and KTEL bus station.

Superb

Great price compared to other similar properties in the city. The room was also very clean, very comfortable with plenty of room.

If you want to cook, there's no kitchen hood to suck the air out. The walls are not really sound-proof. They are made of thin wood or something, it's like knocking on a door and I could hear other residents at times from their rooms or from the hall. It's also a challenge doing the dishes as there's nowhere to let them dry.

Superb

Big, bright room, new appliances, a really comfortable double bed and one of the best showers I've used throughout my six month long European holiday. Staff was pleasant and responded quickly to my requests. The area has plenty of restaurants and supermarkets without being noisy, and is in easy walking distance to the port and bus station.

The wifi would drop out a couple of times each day but only for 5-10 minutes.
