Location, room well equipped with items not usually provided such as microwave, toaster, plates etc. books and information. Very homely. Able to contact the owner regarding accessing the property who was very helpful.
The fact that it is all electronic, and when when my phone wasn’t picking up any WiFi I was unable to receive the the number of the property and instructions for access.

Large and clean room. Equipment within the room is perfect for a few days (including mini fridge, toaster, microwave and cutlery) Terrific location close to the Tower (and underground Tower Hill). Shane was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

Great location very close to Tower Bridge. Good size of room and nice en-suite. Well equipped for 'light' self-catering.
The room is in someone's apartment, so you are living in their spare room essentially. There was dirty underwear under the bed by the ironing board, so the cleaning could be better. I was woken up around 5.30am every morning - please do something to fix the creaky doors!
