This cozy duplex cottage has 2 bedrooms, one bath. There is a screened in porch where you can hear the ocean which is only steps away. The cottage is situated in the heart of Dewey, so just park the car and enjoy your stay! In season there is a Jolly Trolley stop close by to take you to Rehoboth Beach as well.
The cottage is pet friendly, for a fee of $100 per stay, and is available to families and responsible adults over 25.
There is no smoking, and linens, towels, and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. This unit rents nightly, minimum of 3 nights in season.
Discount of 5% offered for rentals of 7 or more days.

Our Family had a great time at this beach house in Dewey. It's located within easy walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants. Krista was also a very helpful and welcoming host for our stay. We would definitely recommend this location for others looking to stay in the area.

This is a cut, cozy beach cottage that has an excellent location near the beach. We were four adults and two dogs, and there was plenty of room for all of us.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay . We also brought our black lab who throughly enjoyed herself as well . We really liked how close we were to the beach and the restaurants. Our favorite part of the home was the screened in porch . It has lights and comfortable patio furniture. We spent lots of time out there .We will definitely return !
