Welcome to 2 Saulsbury St, #2 in Colonial Seas—your oceanfront getaway in Dewey Beach! This charming first-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath apartment sits just steps from the sand, where you can savor your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the breezy screened-in porch while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean. The thoughtfully maintained apartment features a queen bed in the primary bedroom and a full bed plus a twin in the second bedroom. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional space, allowing up to six guests to stay comfortably. With a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and window AC units, this home is designed for both convenience and relaxation. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the shared outdoor shower before heading out to enjoy Dewey's vibrant nightlife or settling in for a quiet evening at home. The property includes two assigned parking spots and welcomes one dog with a fee (breed restrictions apply). Linens are not included, but a rental package is available. Please note there is no central AC, and smoking is prohibited on the premises. Weekly rentals are preferred during peak season.

The screened porch was nice for breakfast and cocktail hour. The back deck was a grest spoy to enjoy the sun when it was windy on the beach. The rooms were all clean. Bed in primary was comfy.

We had a great week staying at this property. It was very family friendly and worked great for our family of 3 and our chocolate lab. The home was comfortable and clean. The location is superb! Right next to the beach and a quick walk to restaurants, bars, shops, jet skis, trolley stops etc.We would definitely stay here again.

Location was convenient and while technically ocean front, you cannot see or hear the ocean from this unit. Listing states sleeps 7 but property manager and signage in the unit states it sleeps 6. The pull out couch was the most uncomfortable pull out we’ve ever been on, incredibly thin and lots of springs. The AC unit in the main room kept the room warm at best and we ended up buying a fan. Bedroom ACs were fine. Second bath is tiny. No basic items provided (no trash bags, no hand soap, no dish detergent).
