The location, amenities ( there are more amenities than those listed such as shared washer and dryer and outside shower). The pool was very clean.
Instructions to unlock and lock the access to my unit were very difficult to follow we tried hard ( a friend that drop me there) but we could not open the door. We call the number shared by vacasa two hours in advance (around 2:00 pm.) and left a voicemail. Once at the property we could not access the unit, I called and left a message around 3:30 pm. Nobody got back to us. We called Booking and them contact management.
