***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
"You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property."

Slightly disappointing. Appliances were dated, lamp shades were damaged hanging off the lamp. Pots and pans were old and really not usable. The beach items under the house were broken and unorganized.The railing at the top of the stairs was not secure and was unsafe. The bathrooms were updated and nice. The beds were comfortable, and location was prime!!
