The beach location is excellent. The property/condo is dated, but clean. The view makes up for it. Furnishings need to be updated and mattresses were not great. Make sure you park in the direction of the street, we received parking ticket while waiting for someone to move their vehicle parked in our assigned spot.

This is a cute condo property right on a gorgeous stretch of beach. Close proximity to lots of shops and restaurants. View was fabulous and the heated pool was a nice break from the beach. Kitchen is a bit outdated and could use a few extras but not a big problem. Communication with the management company was excellent and very helpful for our first trip to Anna Maria.

About the property all I can say in the kitchen could do with nice wine glasses,
Picnic basket and cool box
And bedroom mattress were very soft .
