Tennis courts and pickleball on-site — rare together on Anna Maria Island. The large heated pool is available for all building guests. The free island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of AMI without moving your car.
Inside, the condo has been updated with new floors, a comfortable sectional, and smart TVs throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked for everything from simple breakfasts to full dinners. A small work area is ready for remote workers or anyone who needs to stay connected. The living room is open and well-configured for relaxing after a beach day.
Two bedrooms, both with king beds — the right configuration for two couples or guests who both want a proper bed without compromise. Two full bathrooms. Linens and towels provided.
Pelican Place at The Nautilus requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.
*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due
You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Very nice condo lived being on the beach. The kitchen is well supplied it would be nice to have insulated cups for coffee at the beach. Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Close to restaurants Vinnies Hurricane Hanks and The Drs Office. Would definitely rent again!

I just spent a week at an Island Vacation property on Anna Maria Island. This is the third vacation I have booked with island vacation properties and I highly recommend! From the reservation process to the checkout - it is so easy and they are so accommodating. I so appreciated the check-ins throughout the week. Our property was spotless at checkin and the extra garbage bags, dish soap, and towels were so appreciated! Awesome service all around.
