Very secure.

Advertised with air conditioning that wasn’t working. The host told us the day before we arrived that a plumber was going to come on the day of our arrival. Then we are told on the day that the plumber could not fix the air conditioner. We were never given a chance to find other accommodation. The host refused compensation. Being a very small apartment fans were not enough to stay cool. The host was not very helpful when I asked for sheets for the sofa bed.

Pleasant surprise by Navigli River.

Apartment is very cute and very well equipped. It has everything you might need. It’s quiet and calm, and located just next to the bus station. Would highly recommend.

Check in experience was not great - had to go through very detailed check in for all guests.

Apartamento um pouco longe das atrações principais, mas possui facilidade de locomoção

Apesar de não ser muito próximo ao centro (Duomo), possui um ponto de onibus em frente ao apto. Há também 2 mercadinhos ao lado do apto que são bem completos

Ás louças da cozinha não estavam bem limpas. Tivemos que lava-las antes do uso, bem como a pia. O chuveiro deve possuir uma espécie de “timer”, pois após alguns minutos de banho a água ficava fria. As obras na estação de trem (bem a frente), que ocorrem durante a madrugada, atrapalham um pouco devido ao barulho

Più che positiva

Appartamento perfetto, pulizia impeccabile, tutti i comfort e una splendida cura del dettaglio. C'era persino più di quanto mi aspettassi: due TV, set di asciugamani e ciabattine per due ospiti (io ero da solo). Bagno con doccia ampia e comoda. Si trova in un complesso residenziale con la portineria che gestisce diversi palazzi. Personalmente apprezzo il self check-in perché garantisce una flessibilità negli orari, dunque mezzo punto in più per questo (le istruzioni erano semplici e chiare, comunicazione efficace via Whatsapp). La recente inaugurazione della metropolitana M4, col capolinea dall'altra parte del Naviglio, ne accresce ancora il valore. In zona i parcheggi sono gratuiti, si trova posto abbastanza facilmente nel raggio di 300-400 metri. Apprezzata la disponibilità a fare check-out con un'ora e mezza di ritardo perché quel giorno non c'erano nuovi arrivi.

Due cose che non dipendono dall'host. 1) L'insonorizzazione è piuttosto scarsa, si sentono distintamente i rumori dagli appartamenti adiacenti. 2) In un altro commento ho letto che è separato dalla zona della movida da una "bella passeggiata". Non è esattamente così: la zona più viva dei Navigli dista 3 km e ci vuole oltre mezz'ora a piedi (tempo ovviamente riducibile con l'autobus) in una strada piuttosto neutra. Per chi cammina molto come me non è un problema, così come per chi non è interessato ad andarci. Però era giusto segnalarlo.
