Posizione perfetta per girare Madrid a piedi anche con la Metro 1 momentaneamente chiusa per lavori.
Appartamento molto spazioso e silenzioso pur essendo sulla via principale.
Sergio (host) davvero molto cordiale e disponibile.
Ottimo wifi super veloce.
Bagno spazioso con una bella doccia ampia e confortevole.
Da migliorare la pulizia dentro a cassetti e armadi.

地下鉄駅から徒歩2-3分、大通り沿いかつ大きなスーパーも程近くアクセスも良好。ソフィア王妃芸術センターやプラド美術館を予定に組み込んでいる人は特に価値が高いと思われる。
清潔感はイマイチ。立て付けはよくなく、部屋もかなり年季が入っている。
