Excellent, sunny apartment. Very close to Free Purple bus into city & WA Uni. Super quiet so good nights sleep in a comfortable bed.Improvements- upgrade the shower & provide a comfortable chair for reading/ relaxing.

Once we got in and established we found the property to be nicely nestled among the trees and birds - lovely to wake up to the beaming sun through the windows

Nice area and handy for free Purple Cat Bus into CBD. Swimming pool is nice. Almost opposite western side of Kings Park across Thomas Street. Actual property whilst clean and functional, is a bit cramped and with basic equipment, even for two people. Given all, I would stay here again.
