This renovated second floor apartment offers family friendly accommodation in the heart of Subiaco in a tranquil setting.
Situated on the most north eastern corner of the complex, this apartment's address would be more accurately described as - corner of York and May St, a very quiet location.
Accommodation consists of a queen bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the very roomy second bedroom and twin singles in the loft. There is a shared BBQ alfresco area at the swimming pool just nearby. Internal laundry comes with a washer and dryer. There is split Air Conditioning in the lounge and in the loft, fans in the the two downstairs bedrooms.
There are stairs to the apartment and also within the apartment. Parking is provided for one car. Free WiFi.
Note : The swimming pool area and BBQ is closed from 1st June - 1st October..

Excellent communication before our arrival. Location is fabulous - easy walk to the bus stop and station. Plenty of supermarkets and restos in the vicinity.
Check in was super easy. The accommodation is as advertised - very spacious. Wifi works well, plenty of hot water, comfy beds. Bathroom is slightly tired but I gather from the hosts that they are planning a refurb in March 2024. We had a slight problem with the water in the bathroom, which was fixed SUPER quickly. Excellent on behalf of the hosts. Are they recommended and trustworthy? Yes. Would we stay here again? Yes.

Found the unit very compact, neat and tidy.
The stairs to the top level bedroom was very dark at night for our kids so we simply purchased a night light and worked great.
Location was good and about 25 mins to each place we visited.
Close and enjoyable walk to kings park and the train station and Cole’s/Woolies.
Would recommend staying in Subiaco and this apartment buildings!
