Plenty of room with full laundry facilities. Beds were comfortable.
No heating/aircon in all 3 bedrooms. Only aircon/heating in living room. Residential construction site next door.This was not disclosed in booking.com listing.Property pictures show trees only next door.Woken up early two mornings in a row by loud noises by scaffolding being thrown around by builders. When I complained to the owner he blamed AIRBNB for not transfering the construction site info note across to booking.com even though he was aware there was a construction site next door all the time. I told him it was misleading to advertise the property like that without disclosure and misleading property photos.Did not offer a discount for the inconvenience just replied with thanks for the feedback and took the full payment. Never again would I book that property as it was expensive and misleading about the construction site next door.

Rooms were spacious and the place was clean and well equipped.
The location was good for exploring Perth but the area felt a little unsafe and dirty. The people in the upstairs apartment were a little noisy.
