Great central apartment with fabulous views

Very central location with great views across the city. We were extremely lucky with the weather in August and made good use of the balcony and hot tub facilities! We received excellent instructions from the host including very helpful you-tube videos showing where the property is located, how to access the underground car park, how to work the various key pads for access to property, 4th floor and apartment, using hot tub etc! Apartment was tastefully decorated and the prosecco on arrival was a thoughtful touch. Coffee machine was also filled with coffee beans and ready to go - was also well used (again with clear instructions)!! Both bathrooms were a good size with walk in showers! Everything was very comfortable! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! We had a great time celebrating a special birthday!

Nothing to dislike! My only suggestion would be a couple more larger bowls / serving dishes in kitchen would be useful - our friends arrived late on Friday and we prepared a buffet spread for their arrival but we didn't hv anything to serve salad in! Not a criticism, just a suggestion!

Lovely central apartment to relax and explore the area from

Good amount of space, beautiful decor with great layout. Very clean, lovely bed linen. Everything we needed for a weekend away catching up plus some unexpected extras like a bottle of prosecco and a bean coffee machine. Great clear instructions on how to get into the property and how to work everything in the property. The hot tub was clean and a lovely addition to the property. There is a car park next door for an additional car which was perfect. Great location to explore the area from.

Spotless

Very comfy beds. Lovely bathrooms. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Much valued clean, warm and comforting hot tub after a long day at RIAT. Plenty of clean, fresh towels, robes and bed linen. Well equipped kitchen for a short stay. Huge TV but the views from the balcony were too good to ignore. Very convenient location for getting around Cheltenham, lots of great local independent eateries within a hungry tummy's walking distance. The owner provided all the information we needed for our stay.

The parking space is really frustrating - it's that one spot you always avoid in your local multistory due to the angle you have to approach it and the extruding pipework that interferes with the ability to pull in without hitting the badly parked car in the adjacent bay. After a long drive, it was an annoying additional 10 minutes to navigate. The lift was rubbish! Despite its stated capacity, it freaked out if more than 2 people (or 1 person with bags) got in. It's definitely not level access from the car park, so don't book if you require an absence of steps. To use the hottub requires at least one able-bodied person to manoeuvre the much-needed lid. The information for the property does not mention you cannot walk around the hottub so you need a person on each side to organise access - not easy even when it's daylight and dry.

Superb, will be back

Apartment was great, contact with the host was great, we had a complementary bottle of Prosecco when we arrived. Everything was provided, tea, a great bean to cup coffee machine, full of beans, sugar, condiments, washing up stuff. There was a huge TV with all the subscription channels, hot tub on the balcony with great views and including a fantastic sunset, it was hot and fans were provided. comes with a secure parking space. Excellent you tube for how to get in to the building and the garage, how to use the coffee machine and how to use the hot tub

Very good stay, but not “Penthouse” or high end experience as described.

We met friends (another) couple and had our own rooms and bathrooms which was great. The living room and kitchen were good and it is very centrally located. Sandip provided YouTube video instructions for e v e r y t h I n g, which were mostly useful, tho a bit long and over-detailed, although that was entertaining and he did put in a good effort! Overall nice place.

The jacuzzi was not up to par in a few ways. The photos with the fish eye and angle make it look easy to get into, but it is NOT! It fits very tightly in the corner of the patio so you can only get in from small spaces on the two sides. It is awkward at best. Sandip should put in a small spot to sit with proper steps. The view is nothing. The worst part was that when we got in at the end of our second day, it was lukewarm, not hot! It would have taken hours to turn it higher and let it heat up and we left the next day. I understand not wanting to waste money but if you have someone staying, turn the heat up! It would be ok to ask if we were planning on using it, some people would say o anyway. In any case it was disappointing. We would not get the coffee maker working, there was an error message. Yes, we followed the directions. We even checked online for instructions. The message said no coffee beans, but it was full. So, no coffee.

Apartment is smartly designed and fully equipped (kitchen facilities and bathroom had robes and towels- I've stayed in places where this hasn't been the case). Hot Tub was superb and instructions were very easy to follow. Great communication with host and couldn't ask for more. Will certainly be back.

Pleasant stay in Cheltenham

Modern, spacious, well equipped wonderfully comfortable beds and fantastic television with features.

I liked everything about the property but it was incredibly noisy on a night, pub across the road was playing loud music until after 2.00am Saturday night/Sunday morning patrons shouting and screaming as they left, and the road directly outside the property seems to attract loud motorbikes very early in a morning, we did travel from a sleepy Yorkshire village so may have been more sensitive to noise though.
