Good location with easy walk to town. Free, off street parking a bonus. Comfy bed and well equipped.
It is a little shabby and needs some tlc - one of the bathrooms has cracked bath panel and toilet seat but, to be fair, I only used the other one which was perfectly nice. It was hot in the heatwave but I imagine would be toasty in the winter - there’s no such thing as perfection!

Not too much.
3rd floor, stairs into property high for person with walking problems. I shower disabled.
Rugs and carpets terrible trip hazards.
Furniture broken, the use of pallet as coffee table, well, rustic ?????
I think message is clear , will not be returning.

Location excellent
Property needed some tlc - broken chair, stool in hall was broken - rug in room needs to be fixed down as it is a trip hazard. Door to en-suite didn’t close and handle broken, shower in en-suite had been decommissioned. An issue as the main bathroom shower is very small. More stairs than we had envisaged.

Needed a side lamp in second bedroom and in the lounge
More bins needed
Toilet seat lid cracked
Door handle on the en-suite broken
Have stayed here a few times and love it

The property was warm and comfortable. Convenient location near the centre of town with a supermarket nearby and good facilities for cooking. I was able to park outside on this occasion, although it was not guaranteed.
The window in the ensuite couldn't be closed - latch needs fixing urgently! This made that bedroom rather chilly and an extra blanket would have been appreciated.

Excellent Location.
There was nothing not to like about this property.

Nothing
Everything. We decided to find alternative accommodation. The property was dirty, had a stale smoke smell, the bath in the en suite had a large crack in the panel, the toilet seat lid had a large crack, the fridge door was broken and left a sharp edge at head height for children. Poor quality, not as advertised and should be refunded

Huge apartment so close to the centre. Free parking. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen.
It was all great.

Clean and comfortable. Great location.
There could be softer lighting in the lounge/dining area
There was a raised nail head in the second bedroom carpet which requires as attention as very painful when stood on.

Well the location is good very close to waitrose and montpellier which is a nice area for bars and restaurants etc. It is nicely decorated and was very clean, the building is nice and quiet and I couldn't hear any neighbours or anything which is nice. We had a problem with the wifi on arrival, but the owner was quick to rectify this with little disruption to our stay. Mostly the flat was nice, spacious etc, the shower was good and I liked that there were separate toilets too. Quite typical of Cheltenham in many ways. There was parking out the front, this was advertised on the booking when I booked it, then on the booking confirmation denied, but in the info sent by the owner it was explained that there was parking for one car in front of the building, which was always available for us. Parking on the street was also possible and convienient, but obviously at times you'd need to pay.
In case anyone else wanted to know this flat was on the third floor. The beds (I was in the twin room) are both sofa bed style beds which were quite uncomfortable for me, but I have been told that I like a really hard mattress and neither of these were able to offer that. The rooms both had curtains that seemed to let a lot of light through which at this time of year was a bit difficult to sleep through (apparently Im a picky sleeper.) Useful to know that you may need to bring coffee with you for this place, there were plenty of teabags but only two coffee pods (it's so expensive I'm not surprised).

All very nicely decorated, lovely to be able to sit on an evening and chill out. Only a few minutes walk to Cheltenham centre.

leaving it
The welcome pack was almost none existent. 4 milk and coffee pods for 2 people/2 days! Totally overpriced even for race week. Entrance and hallway and staircase very poor. Electric room heaters on early timer.

Decent location
Bath didn’t run hot and when we tried to call and message, we got no response other than to remind us that check out is 10am (ridiculously early!).
The bedside draws are bolted down (!) so you can’t use the plug socket to charge your phone.
Tbh, I’d avoid staying here unless there are no other options, it’s soulless and any problems you have won’t be resolved.

Clean, beautiful, within walking distance of the train station. Plenty restaurants and coffee shops close by and situated in the beautiful Cotswolds.

Generally good with good facilities. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and bars. Plenty of room with bath and shower. Toiletries provided if required. Included dishwasher and large fridge/freezer
Extractor fan in the window in the main bedroom very noisy. No drying facilities for towels, e.g airer

Central location, clean and good facilities
Parking was a bit unclear - on the pavement and not always enough space for all the residents.

Ideal location for walking out and about in Cheltenham town. Quiet area. Felt very safe. Bathrooms and kitchen were all very clean. Beds were comfortable.
The control knob for the heater in the main bedroom was broken so the heater could not be turned on at all. The Shower in the main bathroom needs fixing as there is a splinter of wood holding it together. The shower screen door came completely off its runners on the second morning of use. The curtain and rail for the main bedroom window were actually in a little heap on the floor.

Well equipped kitchen etc really nicely furnished nice short walk to town centre.
Some doors hard to close, no curtain in one bedroom. If you had any mobility issues wouldn't recommend as situated on third floor

At least there was parking. Nice clean and modern bathrooms.
No Wi-Fi. Uncomfortable beds. Dark flat high up in the chimney pots.

location
It stank of stale smoke. No curtains in the main bedroom, dirty, old and rumpled carpets, floors so uneven that the beds weren’t level, window in the twin room wouldn’t close (not ideal for two children under five when there’s a three story drop outside,.

The flat is ok, weird distribution but fine to stay here for a few days if visiting Cheltenham. Just be careful not to need anything that isn´t included in the flat.
This is owned by somebody who has multiple properties and can´t even keep up with which ones have clients stayling. This flat is at the top floor and is fully blasted by the sun during the whole day, the main bedroom only has a very small and very high window. Unluckily we went in a heat wave and to our surprise there wasn´t even the simplest fan for us. We asked for one and it got sent to a property in another city! I totally understand that a heat wave is something that happens on counted occasions (for now) but you expect to have people to service the flat and to have thought about things beforehand. We came here at the end of a trip to many places and at each of our destinations we were welcomed with a fan, except for this place. They have no service as the owners don´t live in the city and do not have anybody working there at all to cover any needs. We hardly slept and boiled in bed during the nights we stayed.

Good location. Comfy beds. Clean and tidy. Apartment well resourced.
Sofa, chairs not comfy. Dining table odd design/rickety.
Coffee table odd design. Shower/ toilet room very small, only small shelf for wash things.

Lovely flat although up 3flights of stairs.
Really needs a blind in the main bedroom as the light flooded in.

It was all good. The apartment was well kitted, nicely decorated and very comfortable - just what we needed for our stay and a very pleasant short walk (5 mi)n from the centre and shops restaurants etc...as well as Waitrose in the other direction.
I wouldn't ever book a unit on what was effectively the 3rd floor with the amount of luggage we had for our lengthy journey from Malaysia and also we were short of towels so had to ask and discover the laundry room one floor down to obtain what ought to have been provided as we booked for 4 adults. Not anyone's fault but the ventilation was limited at such a hot time and the damn seagulls so far from the coast oddly were noisy every morning at dawn so sleep not great???r dos

The flat is beautifully decorated, warm and cozy with all the creature comforts. The bed was beautiful- I slept extremely well which was needed as my stay was a stopover on a very hectic weekend! Also, my emails weren’t working but I was able to contact Lis and she sent the code for the key box directly to me which saved a lot of worry! Would definitely stay again.
Nothing!

The apartment was super lovely, very well decorated, plenty of space for the three of us and in a really quiet area so there was no noise at night. Walking distance to the high street and the going out area in the evenings for dinner / drinks.
We chose this place as we had a rental car for our trip and it's highlighted on booking as having free parking available on-site. The fine print says that the spaces are unallocated and the owners never have a problem finding a space but I think this might be truer for midweek parking as we arrived on a Saturday and didnt find a free space until Monday morning when we were leaving so we paid for street parking during our stay. Not a major issue but something to have a plan B and budget for just in case. Otherwise, everything was spot on.
