During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops.

The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We have been staying at the Golden Sands on and off for 15 years and the same room most of those times. We love it, especially with the new furniture and curtains. Can’t wait to come back!

The unit we stayed in was very comfortable, tastefully decorated and well appointed. It had everything we needed for a lovely week at the beach. Having linens provided was an added bonus.

Great room with updated kitchen and bathrooms! We would appreciate an option to opt out of the linen package and bring our own!!!

The View was awesome… But on the down side room was dirty…We ended up cleaning everything down..furniture was stained need new or cleaned…. Shower doors falling off track hot water goes fast need to stager your showers if your party of 5-6… This room 1707 really needs a good deep clean… Otherwise we had a great time….
